[ untitled: disappoinment ]
it's a absurd yet true situation. a man drove a car and knocked down someone. instead of acertain the injury substained by the casualty, the attention was placed on vehicle.
i met with an accident last night, out at sea. tidal stream and wave pressed so hard that the bow of ferry crashed upon the port side of the boat. charged with persistence, we were helpless against the element of the sea. helpless takes a form. it enguilfed the entire boat last night.
for once, shackle of death drew so close that living was sentence to life time imprisonment.
soon after the incident, msg came in. instead of finding out the situation of fellow officer, damages substain by the boat seems to be the piority. msg that followed after that, none asked for the well-being. disappoinment grabbed so tight that trauma could hardly work its way in.
where superficial is concern, i would jolly don a masquerade.
ps: u crossed my mind again. i wonder will ur reply be different fr others. filled with confident, my answer is a yes.
pss: life is sad, but beautiful.
